Hours: Head office is open Monday to Friday between 9:00 am – 5:30 pm AEST; we book on-site and remote support jobs between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
We are delighted to provide our clients with a 24-hours/7-Days a week call service, where you can call and speak to a real person here in Australia and leave a message for us. If you leave a message with the call service center during business hours, we will contact you back within 30 minutes or less. If you call outside of our business hours, these will be attended to at the start of the next business day.
Payment Methods: Cash, Credit Card, and BPAY. Credit Cards that are accepted are; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. We do accept EFTPOS cards on-site, but they must have a VISA or MasterCard stamp on them.
