ASUS Laptop Screen Repair — your questions answered

How much does ASUS screen replacement cost in Australia?

Budget Vivobook and TUF IPS panels range from $480 to $650 fitted. Premium 240 Hz or 360 Hz gaming screens sit between $750 and $1,000. OLED replacements on Zenbook and ProArt models cost $1,000 to $1,400 while the ROG Scar 18 mini-LED panel is $1,400 to $1,800.

Can you repair ASUS OLED burn-in or do I need a full replacement?

Burn-in on Zenbook and ProArt OLED panels cannot be reversed. The fused OLED layer must be replaced as a complete assembly. We source current-generation panels and provide a 90-day warranty on the fitted part and labour.

How long does an ASUS laptop screen repair take?

Most IPS and high-refresh panel swaps are completed in one to two business days once parts arrive. OLED and mini-LED jobs usually require two to three days because of panel availability and firmware flashing.

Do you use genuine ASUS screens or aftermarket panels?

We fit OEM-spec panels that match the original resolution, refresh rate and connector type. Aftermarket alternatives are only used when the exact panel is discontinued, and we always advise the customer before fitting.

Is the display cable included in the screen replacement price?

The quoted panel price covers the display only. If hinge flexing has damaged the eDP cable we replace it separately for $180 to $280. We test both the panel and cable during the initial diagnostic.
