RTX 4090 / 5090 thermal management

175W mobile RTX runs at thermal limit. Re-paste with liquid metal (CPU) + PTM7950 (GPU) + fresh VRAM pads + heat-exchanger clean: $380-$420 flat for top-spec Titan; $280 for Raider.

Cherry MX mechanical keyboard (GT77 specifically)

Titan GT77 has genuine Cherry MX Ultra Low Profile mechanical switches — incredible for gaming, fragile to spill, individually serviceable. Per-switch replacement: $40-$60 fitted.

Mini-LED zone failure (top-spec panels)

Mini-LED dimming zones can fail. Panel replacement: $1,400-$2,000 fitted.

Hinge wear (17″/18″ lid)

Heavy lid stresses hinge. Re-bond + reinforce: $320.

Battery swell

99.9Wh cell (maximum airline-allowed). Replacement: $580-$680 fitted.

DC-in port (330W barrel)

Highest-wattage MSI charger. Port flex: $380-$480 fitted.

Liquid metal re-application (Titan GT77)

Conductonaut liquid metal on CPU die from factory. After 12-18 months it migrates and absorbs. Re-apply or switch to PTM7950 phase-change.

Fan curve / RGB / overclock control. State issues usually free remote fix.

Should I keep liquid metal or switch to PTM7950 on Titan?
