Setting up the Optus Ultra WiFi (Gen 2) – step by step
- Connect the modem to your NBN connection box (or wall socket for FTTN) with the supplied cable.
- Plug in power and switch on – lights will cycle while it starts.
- Activate the service in the My Optus app if prompted, and allow the first firmware update to finish.
- Wait for the Internet light to turn solid blue – you’re online.
