Can you fix the Ezel hinge on my ConceptD 3 Ezel without replacing the whole screen?
Yes. The six-position hinge mechanism is replaced as a complete assembly while the display remains in place. We also route the digitiser cable safely and test every mode before return, usually within two to three days.
My ConceptD 7 throttles after twenty minutes of rendering. Is that a common fault?
Yes. The RTX A-series GPUs in the 715 and 515 chassis run hot under sustained loads once the original paste dries out. A professional repaste restores full boost clocks and drops temperatures by 12-18 °C.
Do you keep genuine ConceptD batteries in stock for the 17-inch models?
