Setting up your Belong modem – step by step
- Connect the NetComm gateway to your NBN connection (HFC/FTTP via the WAN/Internet port to the NBN box, or the DSL port for FTTN).
- Plug in the power and switch on – allow a few minutes to start and sync.
- The gateway usually comes preconfigured for Belong; if not, the connection details are in your Belong setup guide.
- Wait for the Online/Internet light to go solid green – you’re connected.
- Join Wi-Fi using the network name and password on the base of the gateway.

Log in for settings at 192.168.20.1 (some Belong gateways use 10.0.0.138 with admin/Belong, or 192.168.1.254). The admin password is on the back/base sticker and differs from the Wi-Fi password.
