How much does a new battery cost for an HP EliteBook 840 G10?
A genuine 3-cell or 6-cell replacement for the 840 G10 is typically $380-$580 fitted. We remove the base, disconnect the old pack, install the new one and run a full calibration cycle in BIOS before returning the unit.
Can you fix a wobbly screen on my EliteBook 850?
Yes. The 850 G10 uses the same hinge design as the 840 series. We strip the display assembly, replace both hinges with torque-rated OEM parts and reassemble to factory specification, restoring stable lid movement.
Is the HP EliteBook 1040 G10 OLED screen repairable?
The OLED panel itself is replaced as a complete assembly. We transfer the webcam, digitiser and antenna cables to a new panel, then recalibrate colour output to restore original display quality.
Why won't my EliteBook charge through the Thunderbolt dock?
A failed right-side USB-C port is common on G10/G11 units. We replace the port on the I/O board, update the BIOS for proper power delivery negotiation and test with your dock before return.
