Can you fix black screens on my ZBook Fury during long renders?
Yes. The RTX A2000/A4000 GPUs commonly overheat and crash. Our $320 flat-rate service replaces the PTM7950 pad and VRAM pads, re-torques the block and reloads the workstation driver stack.
Do you service older ZBook 15 and 17 models from 2018-2021?
We still carry hinge assemblies, 40-pin eDP cables and batteries for G5 through G8 units. Parts remain available for another 2-3 years and we complete most repairs the same day.
Will my AutoCAD or SolidWorks certification be affected after a repair?
We restore ISV certification by flashing the correct NVIDIA workstation driver via HP Image Assistant and verifying the HP Sure Start BIOS settings before return.
Can I get a Thunderbolt dock working again on a ZBook Power G10?
Dock dropouts are usually fixed by updating Thunderbolt firmware and reseating the internal cable. If the port board is corroded we replace it from $245, usually same day.
