‘Locked iPhone’ covers several scenarios — we help with one of them: iPhones where you (the owner) still know the passcode, but can’t enter it for some reason (smashed screen, broken Touch ID/Face ID, intermittent boot). With your authorisation + your passcode, we can unlock and recover the data. We do NOT bypass passcodes on iPhones where the passcode is forgotten or unknown — that’s mathematically impossible due to Apple’s Secure Enclave hardware encryption.
What we explicitly do NOT do: (1) bypass forgotten iPhone passcodes (impossible), (2) unlock Activation Locked iPhones bought second-hand (Apple Support issue, not ours), (3) any kind of “jailbreak” or unauthorised access. We’re a legitimate data recovery service, not a phone-unlocking shop.
