Clevo uses Insyde H2O BIOS (not American Megatrends or Phoenix) — different recovery procedure, different tools. When a BIOS update fails mid-flash, or you forget the BIOS password, Insyde-specific recovery is needed. We have the EzFlash USB procedure documented for every Clevo chassis and the EEPROM-programmer fallback for the rare cases where EzFlash fails.

Locked SecureBoot keys
Reset to default via Insyde Setup. Free if just configuration.
Intel ME firmware corrupted
Re-flash via specialist tool. $180-$280.
BitLocker recovery loop after firmware change
Supply BitLocker recovery key, normal boot resumes. Free assistance.
Stuck at Clevo logo / no boot
Could be UEFI corruption (we recover) or downstream hardware. Free initial assessment.
