Onsite Computer Repair — Australia-Wide In-Home + Office

Last Updated:

Onsite computer repair is a complementary service to our workshop — useful when the issue is software, network, peripheral, or setup-related rather than internal hardware. We come to your home or office, fix the issue on-site (or take it to the workshop if it turns out to need internal work), and walk you through what we did.

What’s good onsite: virus / malware removal (most cases), internet / Wi-Fi setup + troubleshooting, printer / scanner setup, email migration (Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail), cloud backup setup (iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, Backblaze), training (Apple ID, password manager, 2FA, family-safety setup). What’s NOT good onsite: screen replacement, battery, board-level work — these need clean workshop environment + microscope tooling.
