How to log in to your Superloop modem
- Connect a device to the modem by Wi-Fi or cable.
- Check the sticker on the back for the IP address (commonly 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.20.1).
- Open that address in a browser and log in with the username/password on the sticker (often admin/admin).
| Modem | Admin URL | Default credentials |
|---|---|---|
| NetComm models | 192.168.20.1 or 192.168.1.1 | admin / admin (or sticker) |
| ZTE / Huawei / TP-Link models | 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 | See the sticker on the device |
Forgot the password? Reset it
Hold the reset button for about 10-15 seconds until the modem restarts. This restores factory defaults but clears any custom Wi-Fi and your Superloop connection details, which then need re-entering.
Changing your Wi-Fi name & password
Once logged in, open the Wireless / Wi-Fi settings to change your network name and password on both bands. We can do this remotely and re-secure the modem for you.

Frequently asked questions
What is the login for a Superloop modem?
The IP, username and password are on the back sticker – commonly 192.168.1.1 (or 192.168.0.1 / 192.168.20.1) with admin/admin.
What is the IP address for a Superloop modem?
It depends on the model – check the sticker. Common values are 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.20.1.
I forgot my Superloop modem password – what do I do?
Hold the reset for 10-15 seconds to factory-reset it, then use the sticker login. Note this clears your Wi-Fi and Superloop connection details, which we can re-enter.
How do I change my Superloop Wi-Fi password?
Log in via the IP on the sticker, open the Wireless settings, and set a new password on both bands. We can do this for you remotely.
Why won’t my Superloop modem accept the password?
