Setting up your Superloop modem – step by step
- Connect the modem to your NBN connection (WAN/Internet port to the NBN box for FTTP/HFC, or the DSL port for FTTN).
- Plug in the power and switch on – allow a few minutes to start.
- If it doesn’t come online automatically, log in (IP/login on the back sticker) and enter your Superloop connection details (E-WAN / PPPoE username and password).
- Wait for the Power and Internet lights to go solid green – you’re online.
- Join Wi-Fi using the network name and password on the bottom of the modem.
