360° hinge wear (X13, X16)
Convertible hinges work harder than clamshell. After 2-3 years tension drops. Re-tension: $220-$280. Full hinge cluster: $480-$580.
Z13 detachable keyboard connection
Pogo-pin connection between Z13 tablet and keyboard. Wear or contamination causes “keyboard not detected”. Free clean; replacement if needed.
XG Mobile eGPU port issues
Proprietary high-bandwidth ASUS XG Mobile port. Port flex replacement: $380-$520 fitted.
OLED / mini-LED panel burn-in or damage
Recent Flow models with OLED option. Panel replacement: $1,000-$1,500 fitted.
Z13 kickstand wear

How much does hinge repair cost on an ASUS ROG Flow X13?
Re-tensioning the dual-axis 360° hinges on an X13 usually costs $220-$280 and takes a few hours. If the hinge barrels are physically damaged we replace the full cluster for $480-$580. Both jobs include a 90-day warranty.
Can you fix my ROG Flow Z13 when the keyboard stops being detected?
Yes. We first clean the pogo-pin contacts; if that fails we replace the pogo array. Most customers are back up and running same day for under $150. We always test the connection with the tablet flat and at multiple angles.
Is the XG Mobile port repairable or does the whole motherboard need replacing?
In most cases only the XG Mobile flex cable is damaged. We replace that cable for $380-$520. Full board-level repair is required only when the port itself has lifted pads, which we quote at $650-$850 after diagnosis.
How long does an ASUS ROG Flow battery replacement take?
Battery replacement on X13, X16 and Z13 models is completed in one to two days. We image your drive first, fit a genuine 80 Wh cell and update the embedded controller so Windows reports correct capacity and charge thresholds.
Do you service the limited-edition ROG Flow Z13 ACRNM model?
Yes. The ACRNM uses the same internal hardware as the standard Z13, so all our existing repair procedures apply. Only the premium magnesium chassis differs and does not affect parts availability or pricing.
