Common Issues & How We Fix Them
AniMe Matrix flex failure
The dot-matrix LED lid’s flex cable runs through the hinge. Stress over years causes the flex to crack. Replacement: $280-$420 fitted.
Vapor chamber + paste degradation
Tight cooling system. PTM7950 re-paste at 18-24 months recommended. $280 flat.
Battery swell (G14 specifically)
76Wh cell in tight chassis runs warm. Replacement: $480-$580 fitted.
USB-C / DisplayPort port wear
Port flex replacement: $320-$420.
OLED burn-in (GA403 onwards)

Keyboard backlight (white, not RGB)
