My Blade 14 won't charge over USB-C
The right-hand USB-C port is the primary charging port on every Razer Blade 14. Wear on the receptacle or failure of the PD controller on the I/O board is common after two years. We test PD negotiation first, then replace the port or the entire I/O board if the controller is damaged. Turnaround is usually two business days and costs $260-$340.
How much is a Blade 14 thermal repaste?
A standard PTM7950 phase-change repaste on the 2023-2024 models costs $320 and includes vapour-chamber cleaning and fan balancing. If your unit still has liquid metal on the Ryzen 9 we charge $420 to remove old compound, re-apply fresh liquid metal and reseal the chamber. Both jobs carry our 90-day warranty.
How long does a Razer Blade 14 battery replacement take?
Battery replacement on the 61.6 Wh or 68.1 Wh pack takes one business day. We image your drive first, power down, disconnect the swollen cell, fit a new OEM-spec battery and run a full BMS calibration before return. The job is $240-$310 depending on capacity.
Can you repair the OLED screen on the 2024 Blade 14?
Yes. Delamination or impact damage on the 14-inch QHD+ 240 Hz OLED requires full panel replacement because the laminate is bonded. We order the correct AU Optronics or Samsung panel, transfer the display cable and recalibrate colour on return. Cost ranges $890-$1150 with 4-6 business day turnaround.
