Service notes specific to Blade 16: the dual-mode mini-LED panel on 2023 SKUs requires careful disassembly — the panel’s local-dimming driver board is fragile. The 2024 OLED panel is sourced from Samsung Display (same OEM as the Galaxy Tab) and replacement units are now in steady supply at our parts warehouse. The new RTX 5090 mobile on 2025 SKUs uses Blackwell architecture — we have BGA reflow capability if needed, but most 2025 SKUs are still well inside Razer’s 12-month warranty.

Blade 16 2024 OLED screen replacement cost?

$1,900-$2,400 fitted with panel + display cable + bezel set. Samsung Display 240Hz QHD+ OLED is a high-spec part; expect 5-7 day workshop turnaround as the panel is special-order from our distributor.

Dual-mode mini-LED on Blade 16 2023 — is it still working?

If you’ve lost the FHD+ 240Hz mode, that’s usually a firmware issue (Synapse update) not hardware. We diagnose for free and only quote if hardware repair is needed.

Conductonaut Extreme — service interval?

Razer’s Conductonaut Extreme is a newer formulation with much better pump-out resistance. Expect 36-48 months before service vs the older Conductonaut’s 24-36. We still recommend a 36-month preventive check.

RTX 5090 mobile fault — what should I do?

If you’re inside Razer’s 12-month warranty (most 2025 SKUs are), claim through Razer. Out of warranty: we have BGA reflow capability and a small but growing inventory of RTX 50-series mobile replacement parts.

My Blade 16 throttles under sustained load — overheating?
