✅ No-fix-no-fee diagnostic
Why we're good at desktop support
Desktop support is the meat and potatoes of IT. It’s unglamorous, it has to be reliable, and most of it is diagnosing why something that worked yesterday doesn’t work today. We’ve been doing exactly this since 2001, and we’re genuinely good at it.
Experience
Millions of cumulative support hours on Windows and Mac desktops since 2001. From Windows XP through 11. From Power Mac G5s through Apple Silicon. If you’ve used it, we’ve supported it.
Expertise
Windows 10 & 11 certified. Apple-experienced technicians. Active Directory and Entra ID admin. Group Policy. Intune device management. Driver-level debugging. PowerShell and Bash scripting for bulk desktop admin.
Authority
Microsoft Cloud Partner. Apple Authorised third-party service partner for out-of-warranty repair. Long-standing references from franchise head offices, medical practices, and professional services firms across Australia.
Trust
Fixed-price common jobs. No-fix-no-fee diagnostic. Never touch your data without permission. 90-day workmanship warranty on every hardware repair.

How desktop support works
- Tell us the problem. Call or book online. Describe what’s broken in plain English — ‘my printer doesn’t print’ is fine.
- Remote first. Most issues are resolved in a single remote session. Cheaper, faster, no one has to leave the office.
- On-site if needed. Hardware problems, new-computer setups, and network cabling need hands on. Same-day metro dispatch.
- Test and confirm. We don’t leave until you’ve confirmed the issue is resolved. Notes emailed, free 14-day follow-up if it recurs.
Desktop & PC support FAQs
Do you support both Windows and Mac?
Yes. Our technicians cover both, and we’re comfortable supporting mixed-fleet environments where some staff use Macs and others use PCs. No separate ‘Apple team’ needed.
Can you help if my computer won't boot at all?
Usually, yes. We can often rescue data and restore Windows / macOS without a full wipe. If the drive itself has failed, we move the job to our data recovery team.
Do you set up new computers before they arrive?
If you send it to us, yes. Ship the new computer to our workshop; we configure it, install your apps, migrate data from the old one, and ship it back ready-to-use. Common with remote staff and rural clients.
Will you speed up my slow computer?
Usually, yes — and honestly. We diagnose why it’s slow before we clean it. Sometimes the answer is a $120 SSD upgrade that doubles the machine’s life. Sometimes the answer is ‘this computer is 8 years old, replacement is smarter’. We’ll tell you which.
Can you remove a virus or malware?
Yes — see our dedicated cybersecurity page. We clean, verify, and harden against recurrence. Not just an antivirus scan.
Do you service gaming PCs?
Yes. Custom builds, water-cooling leaks, Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) issues, driver conflicts, RGB problems (yes really) — same rate as business desktops, no gaming-tax pricing.
