🛡 25+ years in Australian IT
⚡ Same-day metro response
🤝 Real Australian technicians
✅ No-fix-no-fee diagnostic
Why businesses choose our IT helpdesk
Most IT issues are small, annoying, and urgent. Our helpdesk is built for those — not for slow-rolling tickets and endless escalation queues. You call, a real technician answers, and the problem gets fixed while you’re still on the line. When it can’t be, we tell you exactly what we’re doing and how long it’ll take.

Experience
Over a quarter-century of helpdesk experience since 2001. Our technicians have resolved hundreds of thousands of support tickets — from ‘my email isn’t sending’ through to ‘our server room is on fire’.
Expertise
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows 10 / 11, macOS, iOS and Android. Network printer troubleshooting, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and remote-access support, password recovery, and line-of-business app issues.
Authority
Australian Information Industry Association member. Featured in Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, 2GB, 3AW, and ABC News for IT commentary and consumer tech advice.
Trust
No-fix-no-fee diagnostic. Fixed-price for common problems. Written resolution notes after every ticket. 14-day free follow-up if the same issue recurs. Australian Business Number (ABN) 17 121 459 734.
Common IT helpdesk issues we resolve
Printer & peripheral issues
Network printer won’t print, scanner not detected, Universal Serial Bus (USB) devices not recognised, Bluetooth pairing failures. Often resolved in a 10-minute remote session.
Email & Outlook problems
Outlook not sending, emails stuck in outbox, missing folders, archive PST issues, shared mailbox permissions. Full Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace mailbox support.
Slow computer performance
Computer running slow, startup taking forever, apps freezing, browser crashes, Chrome using too much memory. We find the actual cause — disk, Random Access Memory (RAM), malware, or software conflict — and fix it.
Software installs & crashes
Application won’t install, crashes on startup, licence activation failures, Adobe Creative Cloud issues, Office updates, line-of-business app troubleshooting.
Password & login recovery

Locked out of your Microsoft 365 account? Can’t remember the Wi-Fi password? Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device stolen? We help you recover access safely, with identity checks that protect you from social-engineering attacks.
File & folder issues
Files missing, permission errors, OneDrive sync failures, shared drive access problems, accidentally deleted documents. We resolve the immediate issue and stop it happening again.

How our helpdesk works
- Call 1300 723 628 or book online. Describe the symptom. Our technicians often know the fix before you finish describing it.
- Remote session (if appropriate). We connect securely via your approved remote tool, see the problem, and fix it while you watch. Typical resolution: under 20 minutes.
- On-site (if needed). Some issues need hands. Metro same-day, outer metro next-business-day. We arrive with tools, parts, and a plan.
- Follow-up & prevention. Every ticket is documented. We include a 14-day free revisit if the same issue comes back.
What makes us different:
- Real humans first. You speak to a technician, not a dispatcher who takes notes and escalates.
- Fix the root cause, not the symptom. A slow computer cleaned today without diagnosing why it was slow will be slow again by Friday.
- No lock-in required. Call once, call never again, or call weekly — same rates, same service.
Helpdesk FAQs
How quickly can you respond?
Remote helpdesk response averages under 20 minutes during business hours (8 am – 8 pm AEST). Urgent on-site dispatch in metro is typically within 4 hours of your call.
Do I need a contract to use your helpdesk?
No. Most of our helpdesk work is ad-hoc. Retainer and prepaid packs exist for predictable billing, but they’re never required.
What if you can't fix my problem remotely?
We’ll tell you straight up and either dispatch a technician on-site (metro same-day) or — if the issue is beyond IT, like a hardware warranty claim — point you at the right vendor. You pay nothing for a failed remote attempt.
Do you service home users as well as businesses?
Yes. About a third of our helpdesk tickets are home and home-office users. Same technicians, same rates, same quality of service.
Is remote support safe?
We use end-to-end encrypted connections. You see everything we do, you control session start and end, and we never store access credentials beyond the session.
Can you help outside business hours?
Standard helpdesk runs 8 am – 8 pm AEST, seven days. After-hours emergency dispatch is available for retainer clients and for urgent standalone incidents at a 50% surcharge.
