🛡 25+ years in Australian IT
⚡ Same-day metro response
🤝 Real Australian technicians
✅ No-fix-no-fee diagnostic
Why Australian small businesses choose us
Most small businesses are stuck between two bad options: pay for an expensive Managed Service Provider (MSP) contract you don’t fully need, or wrestle with IT yourself. We’re the third option — pay-as-you-go IT support with the same senior technicians a large MSP would charge you three times the price for.

Experience
Over 10,000 Australian small businesses supported since 2001. From sole traders and family businesses through to 50-user operations across multiple sites. We’ve seen every line-of-business app you’ve heard of, and a lot you haven’t.
Expertise
Microsoft 365 admin centre, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune. Google Workspace admin. Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and practice management systems. Network and Wi-Fi design, structured cabling, endpoint protection, and cloud backup.
Authority
Microsoft Cloud Partner. Google Workspace Partner. Longest-running independent IT support brand in Australia. Continuing education and certification mandatory for all technicians.
Trust
Fixed price on common projects (migrations, onboarding, offboarding). Hourly for everything else. No lock-in contracts required. 90-day workmanship warranty. Australian Business Number (ABN) 17 121 459 734.
What our small-business IT support covers
Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
Licence management, user provisioning, mailbox migrations (Gmail → Outlook or vice versa), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) rollout, Teams / Meet configuration, SharePoint / Drive structure, and ongoing admin.
User onboarding & offboarding
New-starter IT setup (laptop, accounts, software, phone, email). Secure offboarding when someone leaves — licence reclaim, data archive, password rotation, and access audit.
Hardware lifecycle
Procurement advice (no commission kickbacks), asset tracking, warranty management, workstation replacement planning, and end-of-life disposal with certified data destruction.
Network & Wi-Fi
Business-grade Wi-Fi design, structured cabling, Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) separation, Virtual Private Network (VPN) for remote workers, and secure guest Wi-Fi. See our network service →
Backup & recovery

Cloud backup setup (Veeam, Acronis, Microsoft 365 backup), local Network Attached Storage (NAS) with offsite replication, restore testing, and disaster-recovery planning. See backup service →
Vendor & software liaison
We deal with your internet provider, your accounting software vendor, your POS system, your line-of-business app support — so you don’t spend a Tuesday morning on hold to Telstra.
Small-business IT pricing
Pick the model that fits your business. Switch at any time.
- Pay-as-you-go: $150/hr remote, $180/hr on-site — all senior technicians, no junior rates.
- Prepaid hours: 20 hours for $2,600 + GST (12-month expiry). 40 hours for $5,000 + GST. Use remote or on-site.
- Managed IT retainer: from $88 + GST per user per month. Includes helpdesk, proactive monitoring, patch management, priority on-site response.
- Project work: fixed-price quotes on migrations, office moves, new-site IT fit-outs, and major upgrades. Examples: Microsoft 365 migration from $1,400, 10-user office IT fit-out from $4,500.
All prices exclude GST. Written quotes provided before any work. No-fix-no-fee guarantee on diagnostic work.
How our small-business IT engagement works
- Free IT review. A senior technician visits your office (metro) for a no-obligation 60-minute review. We map your current IT, identify risks, and give you a written scorecard.
- Priority list. We agree on what’s urgent (e.g. backup), what’s important (e.g. Wi-Fi reliability), and what can wait. You set the pace and budget.
- Work begins. Pay-as-you-go, prepaid, or managed — your call. All work documented, all rates disclosed up-front, no surprise invoices.
- Quarterly review. Retainer clients get a quarterly IT health check, budget review, and roadmap update. Stay ahead of tech debt, compliance risk, and end-of-life hardware.
What makes us different:
- No lock-in. Start with one job. Never call us again if you don’t want to.
- Conflict-free procurement. We don’t earn commissions on hardware or software. Our advice is genuinely independent.
- Senior technicians only. You’re not paying $180/hr for someone to Google the error message.
Small-business IT support FAQs
We're under 10 people. Is your service overkill?
No — about 60% of our small-business clients are under 10 people. The rates and service model scale down cleanly. Many sole traders use us for a few hours a year.
We already have an IT person. Can you just cover gaps?
Yes. Plenty of our clients have an internal IT-savvy staff member who handles the day-to-day. We’re their specialist backup for hard problems, after-hours cover, and holidays.
We're using cheap IT support from overseas. Why change?
Local language, local time zone, local accountability, Australian consumer and privacy law compliance, and the ability to dispatch a human to your office today. If those aren’t worth paying a bit more for, stay where you are — we’re honest like that.
Can you work with our existing cloud and software?
Almost certainly. We’re tool-agnostic — AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, MYOB, Reckon, HubSpot, Salesforce, any common Australian Line-of-Business application (LOB) system.
Do you have an SLA?
For retainer clients, yes: 4-hour response for critical issues, next-business-day for standard, documented monthly in a service report. For pay-as-you-go clients, we don’t offer a formal SLA but practically we respond in under 30 minutes in business hours.
How do you handle security and compliance for our business?
We follow the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC)‘s ACSC’s Essential Eight cybersecurity baseline (Essential Eight) as a baseline and extend for industry-specific compliance (ISO/IEC 27001 information-security management standard (ISO 27001), Service Organization Control 2 audit (Security Operations Centre (SOC) 2), Australian Prudential Regulation Authority — Prudential Standard CPS 234 (APRA CPS 234), medical Practice Incentive Program). Happy to sign an NDA before we start.
